Project Manager (2)

Our Project Managers lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and up to Jackson Homes’ high standards of craftsmanship. They act as the bridge between clients, subcontractors, and our team, keeping communication clear and projects running smoothly.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of residential or commercial construction management experience
  • Strong understanding of building codes, permits, and safety regulations
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Clear, professional communication with clients and crews

Skilled Tradesperson (Carpenter / Roofer / Remodel Specialist) (4)

Our Skilled Trades team brings homes to life with quality hands-on craftsmanship. Whether roofing, framing, finishing basements, or completing remodels, these professionals are the backbone of our projects, delivering the detail and durability Jackson Homes is known for.

Qualification

Our Estimators and Sales Consultants are the first point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand project possibilities and costs. They prepare accurate bids, explain options clearly, and build trust through transparency and professionalism.

Qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or related sales role
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and pricing
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate project proposals
